What does Aescuris cost?
The pilot programme starts with a discounted flat rate. In regular operation, you pay a monthly base fee plus module-dependent costs. Exact pricing is provided in a personal consultation.
What hardware do I need?
Aescuris runs on a dedicated Mac Studio M3 Ultra located in your practice. We deliver, configure and maintain the device — you only need a network connection and a power outlet.
Which practice management systems are supported?
Currently, Aescuris is optimised for T2Med. Further practice management systems (CGM, medistar, x.isynet and others) are under evaluation.
Who has access to my data?
Only you and your practice team. The AI runs locally — no data is transmitted to cloud services, third parties or to us. Aescuris itself has no access to your patient data either.
How does maintenance work?
Updates are downloaded in encrypted form and applied locally. For remote maintenance, we use a secure VPN connection that you grant access to when needed.
What happens in case of a power failure or hardware defect?
The system creates automatic local backups. In case of hardware defects, we provide a replacement device as quickly as possible. Your practice software continues to operate independently of Aescuris.
How long does integration take?
The typical installation takes 2–3 hours. This is followed by an acclimatisation phase of approximately 2 weeks with personal support.
How much training is required?
Aescuris is designed for daily practice — most functions are self-explanatory. A brief introduction (approx. 60 minutes) for the team is usually sufficient.
Is Aescuris EU AI Act-compliant?
Yes. The architecture is designed for high-risk compliance under the EU AI Act: traceable decisions, human oversight, technical documentation and risk management system.
Can I try Aescuris first?
Yes — as a pilot practice, you use Aescuris under real conditions with personal support. There are no long-term commitments in the pilot programme.
