Is Aescuris GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Aescuris runs entirely locally in your practice — no patient data is transmitted to cloud services, third parties or abroad. The architecture meets the requirements of the GDPR, in particular Art. 9 (processing of special categories of personal data) and Art. 32 (security of processing). Data protection at Aescuris is an architectural principle, not a compliance overhead.
How does Aescuris comply with the EU AI Act?
Aescuris is designed to meet the requirements for high-risk AI in a medical context: transparency and traceability of every AI recommendation, human oversight by the physician, technical documentation and an integrated risk management system. Local data storage also eliminates risks from third-country transfers. A detailed compliance overview is provided to pilot practices with the contract documentation.
Which practice management software is supported?
Aescuris is currently optimised for T2Med and connects directly to your practice management system — without data migration and without risk to your ongoing operations. Further PMS integrations (CGM, medistar, x.isynet and others) are in preparation. If you are interested in a specific platform, please contact us directly.
Who has access to patient data?
Only you and your practice team. Aescuris runs entirely within your local network. There is no cloud synchronisation, no telemetry and no use of your data for training. We ourselves have no access to the system without your explicit invitation.
Can I try Aescuris before committing?
That is exactly what the pilot programme is for. Pilot practices use Aescuris under real conditions with personal support — at reduced rates and without long-term commitment. You actively shape further development.
